Terms of Service

InviteMyDay is a web application for creating digital invitations and collecting RSVP replies. You enter the names, date, venue and message for your event, choose a theme, and receive a shareable invitation link. Guests open that link, view the invitation and reply with whether they are attending and how many people they are bringing.

The service is entirely digital. Nothing is printed, posted or shipped. No mobile app installation is required, for you or for your guests.

Designing and previewing an invitation is free and does not require a payment card.

The paid Event Package costs €19.99 per event as a single payment, plus VAT at the rate of your country. The exact total including VAT is shown on the payment page before you pay. It unlocks sharing your invitation link and collecting RSVP replies for that event. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged again unless you buy another event package.

Prices are shown in euro, excluding VAT. VAT is added on the payment page at the rate of your country, and the total including VAT is shown before you pay. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your card is issued in another currency.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never received or stored by us.

Your card statement will show InviteMyDay as the merchant.

You keep all rights to the text, names, dates and details you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to display your invitation to the guests you share it with and to operate the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your event details and for who you share your invitation link with. Anyone holding the link can open the invitation, so treat it as you would any other private link.

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, to impersonate another person, or to send unsolicited bulk messages.

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents or circumstances outside our control may cause downtime.

If a technical fault on our side prevents your invitation from working for your event, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will note it on this page and update the date below. Changes do not apply retroactively to an event package you already paid for.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. If we do so without cause, we will refund any unused paid event package.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence.
